Gwen Svekis Playing Athletes Unlimited Softball Season in Support of The OUT Foundation

For the Athletes Unlimited softball season, The OUT Foundation is teaming up with softball player Gwen Svekis, Athletes Unlimited, and Give Lively as a nonprofit beneficiary partner of Athlete Causes.“One of the BEST things about playing for Athletes Unlimited is that I get to represent a cause of MY choice,” said Gwen Svekis.This initiative allows athletes to play their season in part for the benefit of the nonprofit organization of their choice. Gwen selected to play for The OUT Foundation. At the end of the season, the Give Lively Foundation will make a grant equal to 50% of the athlete’s end-of-season bonus to The OUT Foundation.“This year, I am playing for The OUT Foundation," Svekis said.  "The OUT Foundation is on a mission to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals’ access and participation in fitness, health, and wellness to ensure their success. They are dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ bodies and minds to guarantee that our community thrives.
