The OUT Foundation empowers queer (18+) adults
by providing access to inclusive fitness spaces, wellness resources, and more.
For too many LGBTQ+ adults, fitness isn’t accessible—3 in 5 report avoiding gyms because they don’t feel safe or welcome.
The OUTAthlete Program, powered by Lululemon, removes that barrier by providing a full year of gym membership and other benefits. To date, 150+ “OUTAthletes” across 30+ cities have gained not only access to fitness, but a space where they truly belong.

OUTAthletes receive so much more than a membership to a local LGBTQ+ friendly fitness space!
Becoming an OUTAthlete means joining a community that celebrates and supports every part of who you are. In addition to a membership at a local LGBTQ+–friendly gym, OUTAthletes enjoy personalized Nutrition Coaching, Mental Health Support, 30% off all OUT Foundation apparel, exclusive sponsor gifts, monthly educational sessions, and connection to a vibrant network of peers and alumni.

(n.) /an explorer of potential/
One who embarks on a journey of self-discovery and growth, pushing the boundaries of what they believe possible for themselves. An OUTAthlete is anyone with a body who seeks to move, care for their health, and show up authentically—both in and out of the gym.
